Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 6:19 p.m. Tuesday, 9400 block South CR 750W, Claypool. Gwendolyn C. Huffman reported not being able to find her medication. A majority of her medication was later found.
• 10:53 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Leland L. Bollhorst reported attempted credit card fraud.
• 1:41 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 1800 block East Ridge Valley Drive, Warsaw. Wayne E. Smith reported credit card fraud.
• 7:57 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2700 block North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Travis J. Hernandez reported a non-traffic accident.
• 9:15 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 100 block North First Street, Pierceton. Lauren E. Townsend reported criminal mischief to her vehicle.
• 9:10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 100 block EMS R4C Lane, Pierceton. Blaze A. Cotterman reported the theft of a 1997 Harley Davidson. Value: $5,000.
