FORT WAYNE — Oct. 21, 2015, has been a day that’s lived in infamy for 26 years ever since Marty McFly and Doc Brown stepped free of their silver DeLorean and onto our silver screens.
And finally that day is here.
So what do you do if you don’t have a hoverboard? Or self-tying Nikes? Or if Jaws 19 still hasn’t made its way to theaters? Do you grab yourself a slice of hydrated pizza and re-watch the Cubs win the World Series?
Or do you head to a Carmike movie theater for a Back to the Future double-feature?
There are going to be countless events and costume contests held all over the U.S. today, to celebrate such an iconic franchise, but for a lot of people, watching those movies-for most, the first time on a movie theater screen-is going to be the best way to spend Oct. 21, 2015.
Both Carmikes in Fort Wayne are offering double-features tonight at 7 p.m.
Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $7.50 for children.
To purchase tickets, visit their Fandango sites.
Just make sure you buy them in time.
Who knows the next time that silver DeLorean is going to make its way to 2015?
