DUNLAP – The Warsaw freshman football team closed out its season with a 33-7 loss at Concord Tuesday night.

The host Minutemen took advantage of four Warsaw turnovers for the Northern Lakes Conference win.

Josh West tossed a 65-yard touchdown pass to Bryce Garner for the lone Tiger score of the contest.

Kane Dawson had four receptions for 85 yards and Garner rushed for 65 yards on 10 carries to lead the Warsaw offense. Eli Owen had two catches for 20 yards.

Trevor Albertson had an interception and Trenton Sands six tackles to pace the Tiger defense. Logan Johnson had six tackles and fumble recovery and John Culbertson five tackles.

Warsaw finishes the season at 3-6 overall, including a 2-5 mark in NLC games.
