WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools and the Warsaw Performing Arts Center are pleased to welcome the United States Navy Commodore Jazz Ensemble to Lakeview Middle School Auditorium at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8.

The U.S. Navy Band Commodores jazz ensemble, an 18-piece big band, presents a diverse and entertaining mix of traditional jazz and new standards. Based in Washington, D.C., the Navy Band represents sailors deployed around the world.

Jazz is America’s music and the Commodores, the Navy’s premier jazz ensemble, have been performing the very best of big band jazz for the Navy and the nation for over 40 years. They have appeared on television, played nearly all major jazz festivals and toured across the United States and abroad. This vibrant, dynamic group is constantly striving for musical excellence and the pursuit of new and exciting ways to communicate with their audiences.

Lakeview Middle School Auditorium is located at 848 E. Smith St., Warsaw. Admission is free so arrive early as this is a concert you will not want to miss.
