Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

12:52 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, East CR 200N and North Biomet Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Keith R. Johnson, 31, Kentucky Avenue, Fort Wayne, and Joan E. Jackson, 43, Raleigh Court, Columbia City. Johnson’s vehicle rear-ended Jackson’s. Damage up to $5,000.

10:48 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, Kings Highway and Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Drivers: Ann D. Seward, 64, Trailside Drive, Winona Lake, and Sarah Feasby, 21, SR 114, Payne, Ohio. Both drivers proceeded through a stop sign and collided in the intersection. Damage up to $10,000.

5:06 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, North CR 700E south of East CR 500N, North Webster. Driver: Austin W. Long, 21, East CR 800N, North Webster. Long fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a tree. He left the scene and was later issued a citation. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

7:18 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, 800 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. Driver: Greg E. Binkerd, 56, West Main Street, Warsaw. Hit parked car. Damage up to $2,500.

7:31 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, North Detroit Street and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Melvin B. Stiffler, 85, North Hasse Court, Syracuse, and Randall H. Dahms, 40, Deer Trail, Warsaw. Stiffler turned in front of Dahms and their vehicles collided. Both declined medical attention. Damage up to $5,000.
