• David Michael Tracey, 45, 234 Lincoln Highway W, New Haven, arrested on a body attachment. Bond: $500 cash.
• Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 23, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. No bond.
• Jacob Lee Hess, 32, 2410 Central Ave., Anderson, arrested for probation violation. No bond.
