WARSAW — Sentencing has been scheduled for Nov. 16 for Emily SueAnn Zartman, 20, 500 N. CR 150W, Warsaw, after she entered a plea of guilty to neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury, a level 5 felony.

The plea was entered Monday morning, Oct. 12.

An article posted on Ink Free News in January states that Zartman was initially charged with level 3 felony neglect of a dependent after her infant was found with skull injuries said to be consistent with child abuse.

The hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. in Kosciusko Circuit Court.
