Oct. 10

• Charles Earl Stidams, 40, 36 EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15. Bond: $700 cash.
• Alejandro Velasquez Jr., 18, 547 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600 cash.
• Richard Lee Jarnagin, 55, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a BAC equal to or grater than .15 and warrant from another agency. Bond: $700 cash and hold for the other agency.

Oct. 9

• October Snow Rasmussen, 35, 205 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600 cash.
• Ryan Keith Kirksey, 32, 15122 E. 300S, Akron, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $450 cash.
• Matthew Robert Stewart, 22, 1606 Tippecanoe, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $168.50 times 2.
• Jose Luis Diaz, 42, 6101 Oakmont Ave., Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $25,000 surety.
• Katrina Diane Vanness, 35, 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000 surety.
• Philip Michael Tinkey, 27, 8884 E. Circle Drive North, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana and burglary of a dwelling. Bond: $15,000 surety and $850 cash.
