Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:52 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, East Center Street and North Hickory Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Joshua Geschwender, 35, East Calvert Street, South Bend and Nichole L. Davis, 31, Oakwood Drive, Warsaw. Geschwender stopped his vehicle on Hickory Street, at the intersection. Another driver waved him through the backed up traffic to make his left turn. As he proceeded to make his turn, he failed to see the Davis vehicle westbound on Center Street. Damage up to $25,000.
