• Mark A. Miller, 51, 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500 cash.
• Oskar Gabriel Gordillo, 21, 531 N Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000 surety only.
• Keagan Marshall Doran, 18, 1009 SR 114E, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $20,000.
