Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 10:32 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, 200 block of Beechnut Court, Warsaw. John R. Scott reported a battery.
• 3:51 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Employees at Meijer reported theft of several items.
