WARSAW — As Danco Anodizing, Warsaw, a Pacesetter for the 2015 Campaign for United Way, began its drive, the company instituted several employee activities, including a dunk tank, drawings, bake sales and salad bar sales.

Once activities and pledges were finalized, it was revealed that Danco Anodizing had increased the number of donors by 15 percent. It also proved to have more championship givers than they did in the previous year.
