$1,225,317 Progressive Jackpot Hit at Four Winds New Buffalo
NEW BUFFALO, Mich. — The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians’ Four Winds Casinos announced a winner won a $1,225,317 jackpot Monday, Sept. 14, at Four Winds, New Buffalo. The jackpot was hit on a $1 Wheel of Fortune Pink Diamond slot machine, manufactured by International Game Technology PLC.
IGT launched Wheel of Fortune slots in 1996. It is known as the most successful slot title of all time and has minted nearly 1,000 millionaires and delivered more than $3 billion in jackpots throughout its history. IGT has created more than 200 variations of the game that can be found on casino floors in more than 20 countries worldwide.
The name of the winner from Sept. 14 was not announced.
