gibsonRicky J. “Boo” Gibson, 36, Leesburg, passed away 10:08 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2015, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. He was born Jan. 22, 1979, in Dade City, Fla. to Rick R. and Phyllis (Shepherd) Gibson who survive.

A life long Kosciusko County, resident, he was united in marriage to Susanna Miretti in Warsaw, July 3, 1996. He was employed by Forest River/Starcraft as a Production Swing Man. Ricky was an avid motor sports enthusiast, including four wheelers and motorcycles. While often a quiet person, he was jokester also who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was always willing to help family and friends with mechanical issues.

Survivors include his wife: Susanna “Red” Gibson; and daughters: Cheyenne “Rapper” and Madison “Dragon” Gibson, Leesburg; and a sister: Amanda (Richard) Allen. A brother: Daniel Gibson, preceded him.

Visitation hours are scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, in the Funeral Chapel. Reverend John Miretti will officiate the Funeral Service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Followed by a time of fellowship with family and friends at the family residence.
