Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 9:11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Jonathan Lee Brannon reported theft of prescription medication.
• 11:49 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 600 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Amber Janelle Harty reported a battery.
• 8:32 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 800 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. A bicycle was found and turned in to the police department.
• 8:25 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 300 block of Adams Street, Warsaw. Eric Douglas Carnes reported criminal mischief to his vehicles.
• 5:47 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Wanda Sue Barker reported a hit and run vehicle accident.
• 2:27 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 500 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Jeremy Flores reported theft of a cell phone and cash.
• 4:27 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Rick D. Donovan reported a lost cell phone, which was located using his cell phone application.
• 10:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Police arrested a suspect for theft of several items from Meijer.
