Regina Ann PittsRegina Ann Pitts, 56, of Wabash, died at 10:58 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, at her home. She was born Dec. 13, 1958, in Wabash, to Walter and Irene (Cloe) Haynes.

Regina was a 1977 graduate of Trimble County High School in Bedford, Kentucky and attended college for a short while. She worked as a caregiver for Pathfinders. She attended Bachelor Creek Church of Christ. Regina enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking, making crafts, and being with her grandchildren. She loved gardening.

She is survived by her four children: Daniel Somerlot; Philip (Ashley) Somerlot; Jonathan Somerlot; and Emily Somerlot, all of Wabash; two grandchildren: P.J. Somerlot; Alyssa Somerlot; both of Wabash; three brothers: Steve (Noelene) Haynes; Wesley Haynes, Wabash; and Lynn (Jennie) Haynes, Hobe Sound, Fla.; her sister: Karen (Paul) Van Steen, Wabash; sister-in-law: Janet Somerlot, Wabash; brother-in-law: Dr. Gary (Beverly) Pitts, Warsaw; her two aunts: Lois Miller, Wabash; and Jean Atkinson, Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the Bible Holiness Church, Wabash, with Rev. Andrew Stanger and Solomon David officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call from 4-8 pm. Monday, Sept. 21, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
