• 5:10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 900 block of North Mill Street, Syracuse. Lori L. Coy reported cemetery mischief.
• 12:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 200 block of East Henry Street, Syracuse. Sheila Lea Nesmith reported a fraud.
