Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

6:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, Fox Farm Road and CR 200N, Warsaw. Driver: Justin M. Sterzik, 33, Laurel Street, Mishawaka. Sterzik ran a stop sign, ran his vehicle into a ditch and fled on foot. Damage up to $2,500.
