Francis M. Hunsberger, 72, of Warsaw, passed away at 8:53 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, in Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.
He was born March 15, 1943, in Fryburg, Pa., to Richard and Velma (Boyles) Hunsberger.
He was united in marriage to Judy Ann Myers of Newport, Nov. 22, 1969.
He was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1961 to 1963. He retired from Osborn Manufacturing of Warsaw. He attended the Warsaw Wesleyan Church.
His wife Judy Myers of Warsaw survives him. He has three children Joe Hunsberger and Toni VanDyke both of Warsaw and Kitty Ellis of Perryville, Mo. Grandchildren include Sidney, Michael, Chris Adam, Kayla and Britany. Great-grandchildren include Madison, Sidney, Garrett, Jonathan, Chloe, Makayla, Aubrey and Trey Joseph. In addition, a sister Audine McAfoose of Silver Lake, and a brother Glenn Hunsberger of Pennsylvania survive.
Two brothers, Richard and Joseph of Pennsylvania and a sister Rose Hollobaugh of Colorado, preceded him in death.
Visitation hours are scheduled from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Warsaw Wesleyan Church with Pastors Jarod Osborne and his grandson Pastor Michael Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw with Military Honors.
