WARSAW — Lakeview Middle School is currently experiencing issues with one of the electrical transformers, that provides electricity to the building. In order to ensure students are safe, all students are being relocated to Baker Youth Club, 1401 E. Smith St., the former YMCA building.

Parents may elect to pick their students up beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the location. However, educational activities and lunch will continue throughout the day in spite of the change of venue.

If you desire to pick up  your child, be sure to bring a photo identification so staff can ensure safe dismissal procedures. Students will be bused from BYC to their regular locations at the end of the day.

This could cause a delay in the afternoon bus routes. There will be no after school events as a result of the relocation.
