Larry R. Kelley, 79, North Webster, passed away at 4:41 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, 2020, at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, at the Church of the Brethren, 7281 E. 600N, North Webster, with Pastor Bob Wyman officiating.
