Jerry A. Eisaman

Jerry A. Eisaman, 79, Warsaw, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. Jerry was born on May 29, 1940, in Columbia City, to Foy and Ruby (Hosler) Eisaman. He was united in marriage to Norma Lynn Perry  on June 21, 1964 in Warsaw, Indiana, who preceded him in death on March 24, 2020.

Jerry proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy United States Atlantic Fleet, Naval Airforce, Patrol Squadron 44 as a Seaman 3rd Class from 1958 to 1961.

Jerry worked as a Baler Operator for R. R. Donnelley from May 8, 1961, to March 31,2002.  He served as a Reserve Deputy for Kosciusko Co. Sheriff’s Office from 1976-1988, in addition, he worked at his family’s restaurant, Coney Island, South Whitley, and was co-owner of a Golf Ball Recovery Service. Jerry was an avid gambler, traveling to Vegas and Mississippi and several other casinos.

Survivors include children, Michelle (Doug) Moon of Plainfield; Nicole (Patrick) Pfefferkorn of Leesburg; Natalie Eisaman of Warsaw; grandchildren, Alex and Chris Pfefferkorn, and Leilani Moon, siblings, Jan Appenzeller of Goshen; and Kathy Clingaman of Magnolia, Texas; brother, Jack Eisaman of Homer, Alaska. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Eisaman, and sister, Betty Ellen Kindig.

Services will be held at a later date.  All arrangements for the family are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
