Kimberly L. “Kimi” Jones, 53, Portage, formerly of Warsaw, passed away at 12:07 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2020, at her mother’s home in Portage. She was born on Aug. 20, 1966, in Gary, to Thomas Charles and Carol Martha (Law) Pezan.

She graduated in 1985 from Jefferson City High School Jefferson City, Mo. and formerly lived in Bremen and Warsaw before moving to Portage in July 2019. She was formerly employed with Cardinal Services and Freedom Oil both in Warsaw.

She was a member of the Warsaw Community Church.

She is survived by her mother, Carol Pezan of Portage; sister, Angelic Pezan of Portage;
Brother – Michael (Becky) Pezan of Portage; niece, Ashley Pezan of Portage; aunts and uncles: Paul and Donna Oldaker, Bill and Susan Lahman, Robert and Ellen Law, and Linda Law; special brother and sister in Christ: Bob and Cindy Dillon; half sister: Monica (Randy) Bushman of Remington; step-mother: Marcie Pezan of Rensselaer, IN

She was preceded in death by her father and son, Christopher Pezan.

**Due to the current, unprecedented guidelines limiting public gatherings because of the COVID-19 virus, cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw. A public visitation and memorial service to celebrate her life will be scheduled at a later date.**
