Leroy R. Rapp, 89, Winona Lake, formerly of Pierceton, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Due to the current situation of the Coronavirus restrictions the family has decided to make changes to previous funeral plans.

Private family graveside services will take place. A memorial service will take place at a later date, yet to be determined. Owen Family Funeral Home, SR 13 and CR 500N, North Webster, IN is in charge of arrangements.
