SYRACUSE – Wawasee concluded its middle school gymnastics slate with a pair of meets this week. Tuesday evening, Wawasee toppled West Noble, 109.65-98.85, and Monday evening Wawasee edged Lakeland, 112.15-108.55.

In the win over West Noble, Eden Scott paced the Warriors with a first in all five slots, taking honors on vault, bars, beam and floor and combining for the all-around figure. Teammate Delaney Delagrange was second place on the meter for all five rows and Abby Helman was third on vault, bars, floor and all-around.

Brooklyn Roose paced the JV competitors with the top score on bars and all-around, and Alyssa Kunish was first on floor to lead the Warriors.

Against Lakeland, Scott was first on beam and floor, second on bars and all-around, and third on vault to lead Wawasee’s conquest.

Roose was the top JV all-around against Lakeland and Kunish was tops on floor.
