Robert L. “Bob” Dust, 90, Goshen, formerly of Syracuse, passed away at 10:43 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, at the Maples of Waterford Crossing in Goshen. Arrangements are pending at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse.
