Della Louise Trump, 64, Winona Lake, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020, at Kosciusko Community Hospital. Della was born April 19, 1955, in Mount Carmel, Ill. to Lewis and Janetta (Dudley) Pearson.

Della was a hard worker but also enjoyed the simple things in life. She liked playing euchre, attending hog roasts and most of all loved her family. She was employed at Arby’s prior to her illness and formerly worked with special needs children and as a CNA in the Warsaw area where she enjoyed the responsibility of caring for others.

Della is survived by three children, Michael (Deonda) Jones of North Manchester, Anthony Jones of Rochester, Johnny (Lucy Antaya) Townsend of Warsaw; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Michael (Johnetta) Pearson of Kokomo and Richard (Maria) Pearson of Logansport.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, David W. Pearson, Ben David Pearson and Lewis E. Pearson Jr.

In keeping with Della’s wishes, cremation will take place with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
