WAWASEE C-TEAM BOYS 38, FAIRFIELD 33

Wawasee evened its record at 5-5 overall with a five-point win over its northern neighbors. Jay Finlinson led the Warriors with 18 points.

“Team defense and rebounding won us a battle with a good Fairfield team,” said Wawasee coach Andrew Wilson. “We are moving in a good direction as we look to finish our season strong.”

EDGEWOOD 7TH GRADE GIRLS 54, MILFORD 4

Jayda Hunt paced the Edgewood rout with 10 points and Makia Lucas and Gwen Howard each finished with eight points.

LAKEVIEW 8TH GRADE GIRLS 35, TIPPECANOE VALLEY 31

In the loss, Sidney Nelson recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Tigers’ Joey Rastrelli lead all scorers with 17 points. Celia Mangun and Abigail Davis scored six points each.

LAKEVIEW 7TH GRADE GIRLS 50, TIPPECANOE VALLEY 11

Lakeview was lead by Mia Jones with 14 points, seven steals, five assist and six rebounds. Abbey Peterson added 11 points, five steals, and five assists.  Brooke Winchester added eight points and dominated the boards with 10 rebounds.
