The following programs are set to take place in February at the Warsaw Community Public Library, according to a news release from the library

  • Winter Reading Program continues until Feb. 29, 2020.
  • WorkOne is hosting computer and resume/interviewing classes. Contact the library for details.
  • Chess Club meets from 10-1p.m. every Saturday.
  • Cookbook Club meets at 11 a.m. Feb. 3 for “Last Name Ingredient/Recipes.”
  • Friends of the Library monthly meeting on Feb. 3 at 1 p.m.
  • Needle felted bunnies with Rachel Kruger on Feb. 3 at 5:30 p.m. $20 due at registration prior to event.
  • “If Walls Could Talk” book signing with author Kim Gregory-Baney on Feb. 4 from 5:30 -7:30 p.m.
  • Drop-in Zone, featuring video games/virtual reality is Feb. 5 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Grades 6-12.
  • Creative Canvas with Susie Schaetzle Feb. 5 at 5:30 p.m. $20 due at registration prior to event.
  • Census Job Fair Feb. 8 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and Feb. 10 from 10:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m.
  • Make your own Valentines on Feb. 8 from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and Feb. 12 from 4- 7:30 p.m. Free event; ages 13+; children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Creative Writing Club meets 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10. Topics: Valentine’s Day, Leap Day and Presidents.
  • Walgreens Presents “Skin Care for Seniors” on Feb. 11 at noon. Register.
  • Tech Tutor meets 10-11:30 a.m. Feb. 12, and 4-5:30 p.m. Feb. 26.
  • Humana Presents “How to Read Food Labels” on Feb. 12 at 1 p.m. Register.
  • Chair Yoga on Feb. 13 at 11 a.m.
  • Chapter Chat meets Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. to discuss “Hill of the Bear” by James Barber.
  • Paint a mug during Teen Crafts on Feb. 13 at 4:30 p.m. Grades 6-12.
  • Quilt Club meets at 9:15 a.m. Feb. 14.
  • Purdue Extension presents “Where Does My Money Go?” Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. Register.
  • Sewing Machine Basics, Feb. 20 at 11:00 a.m. Register.
  • Fandom Friday featuring “Twlight” on Feb. 21 at 4:30 p.m. Grades 6-12.
  • “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly about Chocolate” with Sue Delagrange at 1 p.m. Feb. 24. Register.
  • Teen Minecraft at 4 p.m. Feb. 25.
  • Mary Crane presents “Learn how to make Lasting Dietary Changes for A Healthier Life!” Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. Register.
  • Experience Virtual Reality Feb. 27 from 3-5 p.m. Ages 13+.
  • Bingo on Feb. 28 from 2-3 p.m.
