Shelia A. Puckett, 58, Warsaw, passed away at 8:25 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, at Mason Healthcare & Rehab in Warsaw, IN. She was born on Feb. 19, 1961, in Goshen, to Billy and Marjorie (Barrett) Puckett.

She was a lifetime Mentone and Warsaw area resident and graduated in 1979 from Tippecanoe Valley High School. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Warsaw Coil.

She is survived by her two daughters: Jill (Lorenzo) Lopez of Winona Lake and Tiffani (Steven Troyer) Puckett of Argos; two granddaughters; father, Bill Puckett of Savanah, Ga.; two sisters: Mary Lou (Jason) Shepherd and Amy Puckett both of Warsaw; two brothers, Jeff (Michelle) Puckett of Warsaw and Scott (Tina) Puckett of Florida

She was preceded in death by her mother.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18, at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw.
