PLYMOUTH — UNIT Officers in Marshall County arrested three men after executing a search warrant at 816 N. Plum St., Apt. 3, Plymouth on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Arrested and booked in the Marshall County Jail were: Joshua Russell, 25, Plymouth; Josiah Webster, 19, Plymouth and Josiah Abair, 23, Plymouth. All three were charged with dealing in marijuana, and maintaining a common nuisance. Bonds were set at $1,500 cash for each man.

After executing the search warrant, officers located several ounces of marijuana, numerous tablets of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, digital scales and packaging material, along with a loaded Glock 40 caliber handgun and several hundred dollars.

UNIT officers were assisted by the Marshall County Police and Plymouth Police.
