WARSAW — The KCH Health and Wellness Center and KCH Regional Rehabilitation Center recently updated member facilities.

KCH welcomes the community to stop in during a week-long open house planned for Monday, Jan. 13 through Friday, Jan. 17, said a news release from KCH.

Tours, refreshments and complimentary sampler classes are included throughout the week. For a list of sampler classes and times, go to https://kch.com/wellness-programs.

The KCH Health and Wellness Center amenities include a medically monitored fitness center for patient safety;  cardio and strength equipment; walking track; group exercise classes;  fitness assessments and personalized exercise plans; personal training; registered dietitian; monthly walk-in community wellness screenings; changing rooms including showers and towel service; and private rehabilitation/therapy suites.

KCH Regional Rehabilitation Services include physical therapy; occupational therapy; speech therapy; while specializing in post-operative care, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy and lymphedema therapy.
