WARSAW – The final day of 2019 is starting out snowy in Warsaw.

Roads across Kosciusko County are snow-covered Tuesday morning, Dec. 31.

The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook overnight.

An area of light-to-moderate snow will continue to pass through the area early Tuesday morning, possibly mixed with freezing drizzle before daybreak. The snow will then taper off between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Accumulations of a half-inch to two inches are expected, with west winds gusting up to 40 mph at times, the weather service said.

Tuesday afternoon will be cloudy with a high of 31. The overnight low will be 24.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 38
