Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following accidents:

6:48 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, West CR 300S near South CR 25W, Warsaw. Drivers: Todd J. Guff, 50, West SR 114, North Manchester; and Braedan F. McCreary, 17, South Blue Spruce Road, Warsaw. Guff was driving his vehicle north on CR 25W and did not see McCreary’s vehicle driving east on CR 300S before proceeding into the intersection, causing a right angle collision. Damages up to $5,000.

6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, West CR 800S near South CR 100W, Silver Lake. Driver: Jeremy W. Hughes, 39, West CR 800S, Claypool. Hughes was driving his vehicle when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $2,500.

6:22 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, South SR 15 near West Eastbrook Street, Warsaw. Driver: Tonya D. Gunter, 69, North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Gunter was driving her vehicle when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

11:25 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, South Packerton Road near East CR 400S, Warsaw. Driver: Nicole M. Smith, 36, East CR 150N, Pierceton. Smith was driving her vehicle north on South Packerton Road approaching the T-intersection at East CR 400S. She said she did not see the intersection as she approached, continued across East CR 400S, striking a stop sign, drove down an embankment and collided with a tree. Smith’s passenger was able to exit the vehicle, but Smith required extrication by the fire department. She was transported to Lutheran hospital by Lutheran EMS after complaining of pain over her entire body. Damages up to $10,000.

6:49 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, South Packerton Road near East CR 400S, Warsaw. Driver: Fawn R. Burlage, 36, Crestview Drive, North Manchester. Burlage was driving her vehicle when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

2:25 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, 1692 East CR 200N, Warsaw. Drivers: Barbara J. Vega, 40, East CR 250N 78, Warsaw and Jillian M. Weaver, 36, West Jefferson Street B, Warsaw. Vega was in her vehicle stopped on the south side of a private drive. She was preparing to drive on when her vehicle collided with Weaver’s southbound vehicle. Weaver complained of pain in her wrist. Damages up to $5,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:32 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, South CR 100E, Akron. Driver: Kent Klotz, Enta Green. Klotz’s semi-tractor-trailer struck a pole. Lines were on the semitractor/trailer and the transformer was on the ground.

12:19 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, South SR 17, Kewanna. James D. Chapman reported a vehicle went off the road and hit a telephone box before leaving the scene.

6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, North Old US 31, Rochester. Driver: Alan Bitterling, Rochester. Hit deer.

3:25 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, Oak Street, Rochester. Driver: John Doran, Rochester. Doran’s vehicle struck a fence and a guidewire.

5:25 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, SR 14 and CR 800E. Driver: Justin Prior, Macy. Prior’s vehicle struck a pole.

10:45 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, Eas 450N, Rochester. Driver: Carla Skiles, Rochester. Hit deer.

7:04 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, CR 250S and CR 1200W, Kewanna. Driver: Pamela Evers, Logansport. Hit deer.

11:56 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23, West Third Street, Rochester. Driver: Kathleen Jamroz, Knox; and Jeri Good, Rochester. Jamroz’s vehicle struck the Good vehicle at the cemetery.

7:59 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23, CR 100N and Prairie Wood Drive. Drivers: Dillon Parker, Rochester; and Matthew Hayes, Rochester. Parker’s vehicle collided with the Hayes vehicle.

6:53 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, Race and Ninth streets. Driver: Tamara D. Rutledge-Keller, 53, Rochester. Rutledge-Keller’s vehicle went off the road and then left the scene.

9:46 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. US 31 and CR 600N. An unknown driver reported his vehicle hit a fox. Minimal damage to the vehicle.

8:02 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, East CR 600S, Rochester. Driver: James E. Maness, 18, Macy. Hit deer.

1:40 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, East Ninth Street, Rochester. Police were notified that a woman had her vehicle backed into by another driver who left the scene.

9:33 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, CR 200E and CR 950S. Drivers: Theresa A. Hunneshagen, 70, Macy; and Zachary T. Hunt, 24, Wabash. Hunneshagen’s vehicle and Hunt’s vehicle collided.
