WARSAW — Multiple injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident south of Winona Lake late Tuesday morning, Dec. 24.

At about 11:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of an accident near East CR 400S and South Packerton Road.

According to initial dispatch reports, there were multiple injuries. One person was entrapped and had to be extricated.

Claypool Police Department, Claypool Fire Department, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Lutheran EMS and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.

The extent of injuries was not immediately known.
