• 6:57 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 1300 block North Santorini Drive, Warsaw. Gabrielle N. Snethen reported theft. Value: $123.
• 4:36 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, 4700 block North SR 13, Leesburg. An employee at Dollar General reported theft. Value: $8.40.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 11:54 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2100 block East Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Mary L. Gavin surrendered a firearm to be destroyed.
