WARSAW – A pre-dawn wreck slowed traffic down at the intersection of US 30 and East Center Street Monday morning, Dec. 9.

The accident was reported shortly before 6:30 a.m. Monday and appeared to involve two vehicles. Initial scanner traffic indicated a woman was complaining of pain.

It was raining at the time of the accident.
