Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 6:25 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, 1200 block Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of theft totaling $12.89 from Meijer.
• 10:41 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of theft and forgery related to items totaling $169.56.
• 1:08 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of shoplifting of items totaling $3.94 from Walmart.
