Marshall County Unit Team Arrests Three

MARSHALL COUNTY — UNIT Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted an operation in LaPaz resulting in the issuance of a search warrant for a trailer at Creekside Mobile Home Park, Tuesday, Dec. 3. Three adults were arrested as a result of the search warrant.

William Swihart, 26, of Plymouth, was arrested for dealing in marijuana, level 6 felony and possession of marijuana, class A misdemeanor. His bond was set at $1,500 cash.

Cliff Graham, 28, of Plymouth, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, both level 6 felonies; dealing in marijuana, class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor. His bond was set at $5,000 cash.

Tabitha Vician, 28, of Plymouth, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, both level 6 felonies; and possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor. Her bond was set at $3,000 cash.

During the operation officers seized suspected marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia, along with suspected methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia. One child was removed from the home.
