WARSAW — Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Karina Cervantes has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, People Development Officer.

In this role, Cervantes works with new employees throughout the onboarding process and handles family and medical leave, short-term and long-term disability program requests. She also assists with the bank’s health and wellness program. She has been with the bank for eight years, said a news release from Lake City Bank.

Cervantes earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the International Business College.
