WARSAW — All local government offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, in observance of Thanksgiving, but how does that affect local trash pickup?

InkFreenews checked with Warsaw and ten towns in Kosciusko County and below are their plans for trash pickup:

• Claypool – Trash pickup will not be affected.

• Etna Green – Trash pickup will not be affected.

• Leesburg – Trash pickup will be Saturday, starting at 6 a.m.

• Milford – Trash pickup will not be affected.

• Mentone – Trash pickup will not be affected.

• North Webster – Trash service is provided by Borden Waste-Away, which said changes in the schedule depend on specific addresses. For more details, call the company at 800-386-3313.

• Pierceton –  Trash pickup will not be affected.

• Silver Lake – Trash pickup will be on Friday.

• Syracuse  – Trash pickup will not be affected.

• Warsaw –  Thursday’s trash pickup will be Wednesday, Nov. 27. Friday’s trash pick up will be Monday, Dec. 2.

• Winona Lake – Thursday’s trash will be picked up Friday.
