BREAKING: Fully Engulfed Vehicle Fire In Leesburg

Plain Township Fire Department and Atwood Fire Department were called to the scene of a vehicle fire.

 

LEESBURG — At approximately 3:35 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, Plain Township Fire Department and Atwood Fire Department were called to the area of 3422 West CR 600N, Leesburg to a fully engulfed vehicle fire.

Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory Chief Mike Wilson, who was at the scene, said the fire started in the engine compartment. All occupants of the vehicle were able to exit the vehicle safely, according to initial reports.

Lutheran EMS was also on scene. No other information is available at this time.
