Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

1:31 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, SR 25 and CR 775N. Driver: Bobbi France, no further information. France reported an owl flew into her car, breaking a mirror.

6:22 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, Old US 31. Driver: Stuart D. McCoy, 65, Peru. McCroy was driving his vehicle when a deer entered the roadway.

Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

4:36 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, CR 37 and CR 38. Drivers: Robert Wenzel, 44, Syracuse; and Noel Klingaman, 37, Topeka. Wenzel complained of pain to the torso and neck. Klingaman complained of pain all over the body. Both were taken to Goshen Hospital for treatment. Wenzel failed to yield the right of way to Klingaman’s vehicle, hitting the passenger side of Klingaman’s vehicle.
