Andrew Willard Boyer, 34, Milford, went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 16, 2019.  He was born on Sept. 15, 1985, to Clifford G. Boyer III and Sue (Moneyheffer) Boyer.

Andrew graduated in 2005 from Wawasee Community High School. He later enlisted in the United States Army.  He served with the 10th Mountain Division 214 Golden Dragons serving for four years before his honorable discharge. He was employed with The Papers, Inc. in Milford from the age of 16 until joining the Army. After the Army he went back to working at The Papers, Inc. as a pressman. He enjoyed hunting, shooting sports and working on his truck. His dogs Jill and Buckshot were his kids. He loved playing with his nieces and nephew. He enjoyed being with his friends, cooking on the grill, listening to heavy metal and old country music.

He is survived by his parents, Clifford (Rose) Boyer lll of Goshen; Sue (Moneyheffer) Boyer of Milford; two sisters, Amanda (Aaron) Gall of New Paris; and Alison (Cody) Wurtzel of North Webster; and three step siblings: Teresa (Brett) Becker of Fort Wayne; Tom (Stephanie) Archer of Syracuse and Amy (David) Connelly of Florida: three nieces: Abigail, Audrianne, Andi and a nephew, Austin and by two grandparents Dolores (Boyer) and George Elenbaus of Syracuse. 

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Clifford G. Boyer Jr., and grandparents Delbert & Bertha Moneyheffer.

A celebration of Andrew’s life will take place at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Clinton Frame Church, 63846 Co Rd 35, Goshen, IN 46528

with full military honors. Pastor Jim Vandermark will officiate the service. 

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 1-3:30 p.m. at the church.

Memorial donations in Andrew’s honor may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project or New Hope pet rescue.
