WARSAW — An Elkhart man was recently arrested after dealing more than 60 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover officer with the NET43 Drug Task Force.

Danny Joe Garman, 45, 1028 Church Court, Elkhart, is charged with dealing in methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 3 felony.

On Sept. 25, NET43 Drug Task Force made a controlled purchase of 68 grams of methamphetamine from Garman.

Garman was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 12, with a $25,250 surety and cash bond.
