WARSAW — The Parkview Warsaw Center for Healthy Living, located inside the Parkview Warsaw YMCA, is offering a check-up day from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Patients can take advantage of various screenings and discounted lab work, including lipid profiles, hemoglobin, A1C, TSH and PSA tests. Spanish translation services will also be available on site.

No appointment is necessary but to pre-register, please call (260) 266-6500. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis. In preparation for lab testing, patients are asked to fast 10 to 12 hours prior but may have sips of water and take medication as prescribed.
