Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

5:28 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, North CR 800W, north of West CR 400N, Atwood. Driver: Osvaldo Rodriguez, 23, South Circle Drive West, Warsaw. Rodriguez was traveling north on CR 800W when a deer entered the roadway. Rodriguez sustained no injuries in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:52 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, South Huntington Street, south of West Bowser Road, Syracuse. Drivers: Andrew M. Powers, 25, Turkey Creek Drive, Milford; and Kuldeep Singh, 49, Muttontown Eastwoods Road, Syosset, N.Y. Singh was traveling south on South Huntington Street when he was rear-ended by Powers’ vehicle. Powers left the scene of the accident at a high rate of speed and was stopped by an officer with the Pierceton Police Department. Singh and a passenger in his vehicle, Lucky K. Ahidi, 41, Syracuse, complained of neck pain after the accident and were treated at the scene. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

8:17 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, US 30, east of SR 13, Warsaw. Driver: Ak D. Lar, 26, South 14th Street, Milwaukee, Wisc. Car was traveling west on US 30 when his vehicle struck a dead deer laying in the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
