Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 7:27 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 8200 block East US 30, Pierceton. Officers investigated a report of an accidental shooting.
• 3:27 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of theft.
• 10:40 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, 200 block West School Street, Leesburg. Officers investigated a report of theft from Dollar General.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 6:16 p.m. Oct. 26, 2100 block Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery.
• 11:04 p.m. Oct. 24, 900 block Carrington Blvd., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery.
