INDIANAPOLIS — Mark Skibowski, Broker/Owner, RE/MAX Lakes and a member of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors (KBOR) recently graduated from the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) Leadership Academy.

He was honored this week at the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) Annual Stakeholder Conference in Indianapolis, said a news release from the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors.

IAR’s Leadership Academy is a year-long training program designed for realtor leaders. Program graduates attain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively assist buyers and sellers in their markets. Sessions highlight team-building, leadership and professional development, communication exercises, and accounting best practices.
