CLAYPOOL — At about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, Burket Fire Department and Four Way EMS were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident.

The head-on collision occurred on South CR 450W, north of West CR 525S, Claypool. According to dispatch reports, two people were taken to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. At this time, it is unknown what the extent of the injuries are.

Lutheran EMS, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and Claypool Police Department also assisted at the scene.
